Over the years, we have given the scale SO much power.

We learned from an early age to associate our self-worth with a number. Especially the number on the scale and the size of your clothes. So we learned to believe that if we had the wrong number, then we were wrong.

The scale has created years of unnecessary suffering. Years of drama. Years of fear.

That’s why it’s time to throw it away. Your value and worth are not determined by a number. They are inherent in who you are.

You deserve more. And so do your daughters, granddaughters, nieces and all those girls behind you.
