For many of us, it’s a love-hate relationship. And yet for every single one of us, this relationship with food is one that lasts a lifetime.

Think about it this way. From the moment we’re conceived until the moment we take our last breath, we are in a relationship with food.

We are handed these food rules everywhere we look, from our families and doctors to social circles and “health gurus.”

From the restrictive diets on one end of the spectrum to our ingrained desire to eat the junk food on the other, it’s a confusing process to determine what’s true for us.
