Missteps and side steps are part of the journey, especially in the beginning. And it’s in those moments we often learn the most.

For many of us who grew up dieting, many of those old stories, you know like just “eat less and move more B.S.” can especially get in our way as we begin.

At least they tripped me up as I embarked on the journey of making lasting changes.

That’s why this week I share the 3 things I wish I’d really known as I made up my mind to let go of the physical weight (nearly 40 pounds now)…and all the ways I’d gotten stuck waiting in my life.

It’s my hope that my ah-has and missteps can save you time and heartache along your path so you can easily lighten up for good.
