What’s your heart hungry for?

So often when we reach for the snack or sip, it’s because we’re hungry at a heart level, a soul level. We’re seeking something more and desire to express something more, but may not be sure exactly what.

It’s this deeper heart hunger we so often end up feeding through emotional eating, overeating, and binge eating.

So this week on the Fit Over 40 podcast, we tip-toe into these ideas and explore a few ways you can begin to identify those moments of heart hunger. And we look at how you can bring more mindfulness to begin shifting these unwanted eating behaviors.
