Tis the season for jolly & fun! But what happens when the fun goes off the rails?

In the midst of the friends, family, and food, we can often find ourselves wanting to overeat. I recently found myself in this situation at Thanksgiving. After a Black Friday shopping trip with my mom, I found myself shoveling toffee popcorn in my mouth.

Luckily, I realized what was happening mid-munch. So I could stop, step back, and regain my composure.
